CWR for SADAIC
SADAIC administers performance and mechanical rights in Argentina. Argentina's society of authors and composers.
History
SADAIC was founded in 1936, heir to the earlier Argentine authors' circles of the tango era, and holds a legal monopoly on musical collective management in Argentina.
CWR at SADAIC
As across most of Latin America, foreign catalogs reach SADAIC via sub-publishers and reciprocal agreements; direct foreign CWR delivery is not the norm, but the local registration is generally built from the CWR your representative receives.
Like nearly every CISAC society, SADAIC works in the CWR 2.1 / 2.2 era — the versions in production use worldwide since the standard displaced the proprietary registration formats of the 1990s. Per-society delivery profiles do change, so confirm the current version and any local quirks before a first delivery.
