CWR for KODA
KODA administers performance rights in Denmark. Denmark's PRO.
History
Founded in 1926, KODA anchors the Nordic system: mechanicals run through NCB, the Copenhagen bureau owned by the Nordic societies, whose back office KODA has run since 2017. Since 2013 KODA, TONO, and Teosto have pooled development in the Polaris Nordic alliance.
CWR at KODA
One CWR registration reaches both KODA and, for the mechanical side, NCB — the Nordic double-act in a single file.
Publishers deliver CWR files to KODA directly (as members, affiliates, or sub-publishers). Like nearly every CISAC society, KODA works in the CWR 2.1 / 2.2 era — the versions in production use worldwide since the standard displaced the proprietary registration formats of the 1990s. Per-society delivery profiles do change, so confirm the current version and any local quirks before a first delivery.
