CWR for ACUM
ACUM administers performance and mechanical rights in Israel. Israel's society for authors, composers, and publishers.
History
ACUM was founded in 1936, before the state itself, and administers both right types for Israeli repertoire. Its online licensing has been managed through Mint, the SUISA/SESAC venture — a sign of how mid-sized societies increasingly buy back-office scale rather than build it.
CWR at ACUM
Foreign catalogs typically reach ACUM via sub-publishers and reciprocal agreements, with the local registration built from the publisher's CWR.
Like nearly every CISAC society, ACUM works in the CWR 2.1 / 2.2 era — the versions in production use worldwide since the standard displaced the proprietary registration formats of the 1990s. Per-society delivery profiles do change, so confirm the current version and any local quirks before a first delivery.
