CWR error: A batch starts before the last one closed
What it means
A new batch starts before the previous batch was closed. Receivers can't tell where one batch ends and the next begins.
How to fix it
Each GRH needs a matching GRT before the next GRH. Regenerate the file rather than splicing files together.
